Once again, the only posting that I plan on doing on the weekends is to update my personal running log.
Week of 5/6 through 5/12
Wed 5/9 - Speedwork 6 miles total inc 6x800 meters @ 8:00 min/mile pace w/ 400 meter jogs
Fri 5/11 - Easy Run 4 miles @ 10 min/mile pace
Sat 5/12 - Easy Run 6 miles @ 10 min/mile pace
Total Miles: 16 miles
