Week of 3/25 through 3/31
Mon 3/26 - Easy Run 4 miles @ 10 min/mile pace
Wed 3/28 - Speedwork 6 miles total inc 5x800 meters @ 8:30 min/mile pace w/ 400 meter jogs
Thu 3/29 - Easy Run 3 miles @ 10 min/mile pace
Sat 3/31 - Long Run 9 miles @ 10/mile pace
Total Miles: 22 miles
